Into a bowl, add the Ground Lamb (1 kilogram), Garlic (2 clove), and Fresh Mint (1 cup). Using your hands, mix everything together.
Divide the mixture into four even portions. Make 3 patties from each portion, and place them on a separate dish. Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Brush some Olive Oil (to taste) over a frying pan. Put your patties in, and fry them for about 4-5 minutes. Make sure to flip them over once in a while so that they are evenly cooked on both sides.
Add the diced Tomato (2), and Feta Cheese (100 gram) to your Pita Bread (1). Place two of your patties on top, and you are good to serve.
