Step 1
Into a bowl, add the
Ground Lamb (2.2 lb)

Garlic (2 cloves)
, and
Fresh Mint (1 cup)
. Using your hands, mix everything together.
Step 2
Divide the mixture into four even portions. Make 3 patties from each portion, and place them on a separate dish. Season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 3
Brush some
Olive Oil (as needed)
over a frying pan. Put your patties in, and fry them for about 4-5 minutes. Make sure to flip them over once in a while so that they are evenly cooked on both sides.
Step 4
Add the diced
Tomatoes (2)
, and
Feta Cheese (2/3 cup)
to your
Pita Bread (1)
. Place two of your patties on top, and you are good to serve.
