Into a bowl, add the Ground Lamb (2.2 lb), Garlic (2 cloves), and Fresh Mint (1 cup). Using your hands, mix everything together.

Divide the mixture into four even portions. Make 3 patties from each portion, and place them on a separate dish. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Brush some Olive Oil (as needed) over a frying pan. Put your patties in, and fry them for about 4-5 minutes. Make sure to flip them over once in a while so that they are evenly cooked on both sides.
