Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Into a pot, add your Whole Milk (8 cups) , Heavy Cream (1 cup) , and Salt (1 tsp) . Give the mixture a good stir over a high heat for about 15 minutes.
Step 2
After about 15 minutes, add the Distilled White Vinegar (2 Tbsp) to the milk mixture. and give the mix a gentle stir until you get lovely big chunks.
Step 3
Strain the cheese from the liquid using a muslin garment. Serve and enjoy!
