If necessary, heat Rotisserie Chicken (1) in microwave.
In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, Barbecue Sauce (3/4 cup), Mayonnaise (3 tablespoon), and Hot Sauce (1 dash). Toss well to combine.
In a second mixing bowl, combine topping ingredients Green Cabbage (6 ounce), Mayonnaise (2 tablespoon), Distilled White Vinegar (1 tablespoon), Granulated Sugar (2 teaspoon), Celery Seeds (1 dash), Salt (1 dash), and Ground Black Pepper (1 dash). Toss well to combine.
Layer Cheddar Cheese (6 slice) slice, barbecue chicken and slaw mixture on Hawaiian Roll (12). Top with extra barbecue sauce if desired, serve with french fries and leftover slaw on the side.
