In a small jug, mix together the
Mayonnaise (1 cup)

Sour Cream (1/2 cup)

Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp)
, juice from
Lemon (1)
and
Honey (1 Tbsp)
. Season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 3
Pour down your dressing over the potatoes, and gently toss everything together.
