Deseed and dice the English Cucumber (1 1/2 cup). Finely chop the Fresh Mint (2 tablespoon).
Mash the Garlic (2 clove) and Kosher Salt (1 teaspoon) with a mortar and pestle.
When it is a nice, smooth paste, add the garlic to the Greek Yogurt (2 cup).
Add the Tahini (1 teaspoon) and finely chopped mint to the yogurt.
Juice the Lemon (1/2) over and into the yogurt.
Add the Cucumber to the yogurt mix.
Mix it all together. Serve and enjoy!
