Inside a bowl, mix together the Self-Rising Flour (3 cup), Salt (1 teaspoon), Garlic Powder (1/2 tablespoon), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Add the Butter (50 gram) and rub together with the flour to combine.
Into the bowl, add and mix the Dried Mixed Herbs (2 tablespoon), Cheese (1 cup), Milk (1 cup). Then, kneed the dough on a floured surface.
Shape the dough into a rough disc shape. And using a small cookie cutter, cut out small rounds. Transfer the cones onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cook inside a preheated oven at 220 degrees C (425 degrees F) for about 20 minutes.
