Step 1
Add the Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) inside a pot over medium heat. Add and cook together the Yellow Onions (2) , Garlic (2 cloves) , and Beef (1.1 lb) for about 8 minutes.
Step 2
Once the meat is browned, add and mix together the Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbsp) , Dried Mixed Herbs (1/2 Tbsp) , Tomato Sauce (1 cup) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . the sauce reaches to boil, put the lid on, turn the heat down and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the sauce over the Corn Chips (to taste) . Top with the Cheese (to taste) , Sour Cream (to taste) , Guacamole (to taste) , and Paprika (to taste) . Serve and enjoy!
