Cooking Instructions
1.
Place Earl Grey Tea Leaves (2 tablespoon) in the base of a french press. Fill the french press with BOMBAY SAPPHIRE (1 1/2 cup). Pump the lid up and down a few times, then allow to infuse for 6 hours, up to overnight.

Fill a teacup with Ice (as needed).
3.
Measure 1.5 fl oz of Earl Grey Infused Gin into the teacup filled with ice.
4.
Top with Tonic Water (to taste).
5.
Serve with Lemon Wedge (to taste).
Author's Notes
Store extra Tea-Infused Gin in a bottle or jar.
