Start by adding Water (4 cups) and Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup) to a medium saucepan and heating on high heat. Boil until sugar has fully dissolved stir continuously, about 2 minutes. Take of the heat and place in the refrigerator until cool.

As your simple syrup cools, juice the Lemons (3). Make sure to roll them thoroughly on the counter to release their juices before juicing.
