Begin by heating Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (1/4 cup) and Heavy Cream (1 Tbsp). In a small saucepan over low heat and stir constantly. The chocolate typically takes about 2 minutes to melt. Don't let the chocolate burn.
When the chocolate is melted stir in Salt (1 pinch), Granulated Sugar (1 pinch), Water (1/2 tsp), and Corn Syrup (1/2 tsp). Stir to combine. Take off the heat and serve immediately.
