I've been making this peanut butter for years and have never had that happen and have never had my oil separate like in the store-bought kinds! If you run out of ideas on what to do with your homemade peanut butter, try these no-bake peanut butter cookies.

However vegetable-ridden, peanut butter-filled, chocolate-swirled, kale-topped the recipes get, I'm all about dishing out delicious food.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Measure the Dry Roasted, Unsalted Peanuts (3 cups) .
Step 2
Add your peanuts to your food processor.
Step 3
Process on high for one minute and you will have a fine peanut flour.
Step 4
Add Sea Salt (1 pinch) . Continue to process. After two minutes, you will notice the peanut flour is starting to stick together. Keep processing.
Step 5
If your peanuts are climbing up the sides too much, and the blades are unable to reach them, scrape down the sides of the processor before continuing.
Step 6
The peanuts will begin to clump into one mass after 4 minutes, and a thin layer of peanut butter will begin to form on the bottom. Keep processing.
Step 7
Getting there! At around 6-7 minutes the peanuts will look like they are thinking about changing into peanut butter. Keep processing.
Step 8
At around 8 minutes, you will notice a small ball of peanuts rolling around the base of your processor.
Step 9
Viola! Homemade peanut butter. Check if it needs more salt.
Step 10
I stored mine in a old peanut butter jar that I washed. Enjoy!
