Cooking Instructions

Fill a shaker with Ice (to taste).

Add Blue Chair Bay® White Rum (1.5 fl oz), Passion Fruit Juice (0.5 fl oz), Orgeat Almond Syrup (0.3 fl oz), Falernum (0.5 fl oz), Orange Dry Curaçao (1 dash), juice from Lemons (1 1/2), and Simple Syrup (1 fl oz).

Shake well and strain into a glass filled with cracked ice. Add Peychaud's Bitters (4 dashes). Garnish with Pineapples (to taste) and Lemons (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
