A refreshing summer cocktail recipe made with Rosé wine and fresh peaches.

or Superfine Sugar
Peeled Pitted Sliced
Rosé Wine (1 bottle)
Natural Sweetener (1/4 cup)
Peaches (1 1/2 cups)
Lemon Juice (2.5 oz)
into a blender and puree until smooth (blend on low and not too high or it will overflow).
Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and churn on coldest setting for 45 minutes
Pour into glasses and garnish with
Fresh Mint (4 sprigs)
and peach slices, if desired. Serve immediately.
