Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (225 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet or two 9x13-inch baking pans with foil.
Step 2
Rinse Chicken Wings (3 lb) and pat dry with paper towels.
Step 3
Combine Sea Salt (1/2 Tbsp) , Smoked Paprika (1/2 Tbsp) , Ground Cumin (1 tsp) , Cumin Seeds (1 tsp) ,  Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) , Garlic Powder (1 tsp) , and Cayenne Pepper (1 tsp) in a small bowl and rub onto wings.
Step 4
Arrange prepared wings in the baking pans in a single layer. Gently brush Butter (3 Tbsp) on the seasoned wings.
Step 5
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the wings reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Serve alone or with your favorite sides.
