Rinse Chicken Wing (3 pound) and pat dry with paper towels.
Combine Sea Salt (1 1/2 teaspoon), Smoked Paprika (2 teaspoon), Ground Cumin (1 teaspoon), Cumin Seeds (1 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon), Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon), and Cayenne Pepper (1 teaspoon) in a small bowl and rub onto wings.
Arrange prepared wings in the baking pans in a single layer. Gently brush Butter (3 tablespoon) on the seasoned wings.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the wings reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Serve alone or with your favorite sides.
