1 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
3 tablespoon melted Butter
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin

STEP 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (225 degrees C).
STEP 2
Rinse Chicken Wing (3 pound) and pat dry with paper towels. Line a large baking sheet or two 9x13” baking pans with foil.
STEP 3
Combine Sea Salt (1 1/2 teaspoon), Smoked Paprika (2 teaspoon), Ground Cumin (1 teaspoon), Cumin Seeds (1 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon), Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon), and Cayenne Pepper (1 teaspoon) in a small bowl and rub onto wings.
STEP 4
Arrange prepared wings in the baking pans in a single layer. Gently brush Butter (3 tablespoon) on the seasoned wings.
STEP 5
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the temperature of the wings reaches 165 degrees F (75 degrees C). Serve and enjoy!
