Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet or two 9x13-inch baking pans with foil.

Rinse Chicken Wings (3 lb) and pat dry with paper towels.

Combine Sea Salt (1 tsp), Smoked Paprika (2 tsp), Ground Cumin (1 tsp), Cumin Seeds (1 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1 tsp), and Cayenne Pepper (1 tsp) in a small bowl and rub onto wings.

Arrange prepared wings in the baking pans in a single layer. Gently brush Butter (3 Tbsp) on the seasoned wings.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the wings reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Serve alone or with your favorite sides.
