Step 1
Place the Silken Tofu (200 gram) into cheesecloth and squeeze out any access water, then transfer into a food processor with the Dragon Fruit (200 gram) and Ice (to taste).
Step 2
Process until creamy. Add the Coconut Water Powder (1 tablespoon) and pulse until combines.
Step 3
Divide the smoothie between 2 bowls and top it off with a handful of Mixed Dried Fruits and Nuts (2 tablespoon).
