Cooking Instructions
1.
Place the Silken Tofu (7 oz) into cheesecloth and squeeze out any access water, then transfer into a food processor with the Dragon Fruits (1 cup) and Ice (to taste).

Process until creamy. Add the Coconut Water Powder (1 Tbsp) and pulse until combines.
3.
Divide the smoothie between 2 bowls and top it off with a handful of Mixed Dried Fruits and Nuts (2 Tbsp).
