Step 1
Grab some Brazil Nuts (1/2 cup) and soaked them water overnight.
Step 2
Drain and place in a blender with Water (1 cup) . Process until smooth.
Step 3
Strain using cheesecloth or a fine strainer. There you have Brazil nut milk! You could drink it plain, but we want chocolate!
Step 4
Pour the milk back into the blender and add the Medjool Dates (1) , Ground Cinnamon (to taste) , Cacao Powder (1 tsp) , and Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (to taste) , and blend until creamy.
Step 5
Pour it into a glass and enjoy it, warm or cold.
