Pink Peppercorns (8)
Whole Cloves (10)
Whole Cardamom Pods (10)
in a mortar with pestle. Remove and lightly crush
Shelled Unsalted Pistachios (6)
Cinnamon Sticks (2)
, vanilla, fresh
Fresh Ginger (5 slices)
Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp)
Dried Pink Rose Petals (1/2 Tbsp)
, crushed peppercorns, cloves, cardamom,
Black Tea (4 bags)
Milk (5 cups)
in a small pot and bring to a simmer.
Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Turn heat off, cover pot and steep for 30 minutes.
Strain mixture and enjoy straight away or store in airtight container in the fridge.
Garnish with crushed pistachios,
Ground Cinnamon (to taste)
Edible Dried Rose Petals (to taste)
