Split the Vanilla Bean Pod (1/2) in half lengthwise.
Lightly crush the Black Peppercorns (8), Pink Peppercorns (8), Whole Cloves (10) and Cardamom Pods (10) in a mortar with pestle. Remove and lightly crush Shelled Unsalted Pistachios (6).
Put Cinnamon Stick (2), vanilla, fresh Fresh Ginger (5 slice), Brown Sugar (1 tablespoon), Dried Pink Rose Petals (1 1/2 teaspoon), crushed peppercorns, cloves, cardamom, Black Tea (4 bag) and Milk (5 cup) in a small pot and bring to a simmer.
Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Turn heat off, cover pot and steep for 30 minutes.
Strain mixture and enjoy straight away or store in airtight container in the fridge.
Garnish with crushed pistachios, Ground Cinnamon (to taste), and Edible Dried Rose Petals (to taste).
