Directions

Step 1
Split the Vanilla Bean Pod (1/2) in half lengthwise.
Step 2
Lightly crush the Black Peppercorns (8), Pink Peppercorns (8), Whole Clove (10) and Whole Cardamom Pods (10) in a mortar with pestle. Remove and lightly crush Shelled Unsalted Pistachios (6).
Step 3
Put Cinnamon Stick (2), vanilla, fresh Fresh Ginger (5 slice), Brown Sugar (1 tablespoon), Dried Pink Rose Petals (1 1/2 teaspoon), crushed peppercorns, cloves, cardamom, Black Tea (4 bag) and Milk (5 cup) in a small pot and bring to a simmer.
Step 4
Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Turn heat off, cover pot and steep for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Strain mixture and enjoy straight away or store in airtight container in the fridge.
Step 7
Garnish with crushed pistachios, Ground Cinnamon (to taste), and Edible Dried Rose Petals (to taste).
