If you don't have oat flour, you can make some by putting oats in a blender and blending to a fine powder.

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and grease 8x8 square pan with Non-Stick Baking Spray (as needed).

Add rinsed and drained Chickpeas (1 can) to the bowl of the food processor with Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (1 cup). Blend on high until pureed.

Add pureed garbanzo bean and milk mixture to a large bowl, add in Coconut Sugar (1 cup), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Oat Flour (1/2 cup), and Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup). Stir to combine.
