Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease 8x8 square pan with Non-Stick Baking Spray (to taste).
Add rinsed and drained Organic Chickpeas (1 can) to the bowl of the food processor with Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (1 cup). Blend on high until pureed.
Add pureed garbanzo bean and milk mixture to a large bowl, add in Coconut Sugar (1 cup), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon), Oat Flour (1/2 cup), and Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup). Stir to combine.
Pour mixture into prepped 8x8-inch pan and bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Remove after 40 minutes, sprinkle with additional Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (2 tablespoon).
Bake additional 5 minutes and allow to cool before cutting. Cut into 12 pieces and serve warm - enjoy!
