Into a mixing bowl, mix the Self-Rising Flour (1 cup), Italian Seasoning (2 teaspoon), and Butter (3 1/2 tablespoon). Using your hands, rub the butter into the flour. Next, add your Milk (1 cup) a little bit at a time, and mix everything until smooth dough forms.
On a floured surface, kneed the dough until it is nice and elastic. Roll the dough out until it is flattened, spread the Pasta Sauce (3 tablespoon) and Cheese (2 cup)all over the surface.
Roll the entire dough over, and cut into 12 individual pieces. Sprinkle over with some cheese, and inside a baking tin lined with baking paper, bake under 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for about 25 minutes.
