Cooking Instructions
1.
Boil the Elbow Macaroni (1.1 lb) according to package instructions.

In a cooking pot, melt the Butter (2 oz) and cook together with the All-Purpose Flour (1/3 cup) for about a minute. Take the pot off the stove and add in the Milk (4 cups) a little bit every time.

Put the pot back on the stove. When the pot reaches to boil, add and mix the Cheddar Cheese (1 cup), and Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup).

Add the pasta back to the pot and cook until it is coated well. Then, place your mixture onto a baking dish, top with some extra cheese and bake under 460 degrees F (240 degrees C) for about 10 minutes.
