Air-Fried Teriyaki Chicken Wings

Recipe

These Air-Fried Teriyaki Chicken Wings are bold in flavor and only require 5 ingredients to cook. The air fryer will shorten the cooking time and will save you all that added oil. Store-bought teriyaki sauce will help you cut time in the kitchen, but feel free to use your go-to recipe.

step 1
In a large bowl add the Chicken Wings (1.3 lb), pour Teriyaki Marinade (1/2 cup) and toss until well combined. Cover and marinate for 5 minutes.
step 2
Oil the air fryer basket, then lay the wings skin side up in the basket in one layer. Cook at 365 degrees F (185 degreesC) for 5 minutes.
step 3
In a saucepan over medium heat, add the marinade sauce and Honey (4 Tbsp). Dissolve Corn Starch (4 tsp) in the Water (4 Tbsp), and stir into the saucepan. Stir occasionally until the sauce thickens.
step 4
Remove the chicken wings from the basket, and toss with half of the sauce. Then place them back in the basket skin side up, cook for 4 more minutes.
step 5
Brush the top of the chicken wings with marinade sauce and cook for 3 more minutes.
step 6
Garnish teriyaki chicken wings with White Sesame Seeds (1 tsp) and Scallion (1 Tbsp). Serve with side dishes if desired.
