Store in the fridge for up to 4 days, but they will get a little humid after the second day.

In a small bowl, mix the Philadelphia Original Soft Cheese (1 cup) with the Roasted Red Peppers (1/4 cup) and Pepperoncini Pepper (1/4 cup).

Spread on the Flour Tortillas (2), leaving ½-inch free around the border.

Lay the Salami (12 slices) in a row, followed by the Pepperoni Slices (20). Add a line of Romaine Lettuce (1). Finally, sprinkle with Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Roll them up. Wrap in the plastic, and place them in the freezer for 15 minutes, or the fridge for 1 hour.

Unwrap, slice, and serve the pinwheels.
