Use the parchment to place between each energy bar or wrap them up and store them in the airtight containers in the freezer.

Cooking Instructions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
In the Ziploc bag with Assorted Nuts (4 cups) , use a rolling pin to roughly mash.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine mixed nuts, Pumpkin Seeds (1/2 cup) , Crispy Rice Cereal (1 cup) , and Dried Cranberries (1 cup) . Mix to combine.
Step 3
In a small bowl, add Peanut Butter (1 cup) , Honey (1/2 cup) , Coconut Oil (3 Tbsp) , and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) . Use Spatula to mix until combined.
Step 4
Pour the peanut butter mixture into the nut mixture. Stir together.
Step 5
Spread the mixture evenly on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and use your hand to press down a little bit. Allow the energy bar to sit in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the energy bar from the fridge and cut it into evenly sized bars.
Step 7
Serve as your breakfast with milk if desired. Enjoy!
