This pesto is best used on the same day but it can be stored in a refrigerator for up to 1 week or stored in a freezer for months.

Add Wild Garlic (2 1/3 cups), Pine Nuts (1/3 cup), Nutritional Yeast (3 Tbsp), Olive Oil (1/4 cup), Garlic (1 clove), 1 Tbsp of Lemon (1), and Salt (1 tsp) to a small food processor or blender.
