BACARDÍ® Superior Rum
(12 fl oz)
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, simmer Cola (1 can), Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp), and Whole Cloves (5) until it’s reduced by half.
Remove from heat. Strain into a clean jar or bottle. Set aside to cool.
In a shaker measure 30 ml of the Cola Syrup, juice from Lime (1/2) and BACARDÍ® Superior Rum (2 fl oz).
Fill the shaker with Ice (as needed). Secure top and shake well.
Strain into a Martini glass. Serve immediately garnished with a Lime Wedge (1).
