In a saucepan place
Matcha Powder (1 tsp)
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (2 Tbsp)
Tapioca Flour (1 Tbsp)
Agar-Agar Powder (1 Tbsp)
Coconut Sugar (2 Tbsp)
. Slowly pour in the
Coconut Milk (1 cup)
stirring constantly until all ingredients are well mixed.
Bring mixture to a gentle boil, stirring constantly. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, pour into a plate and cover with plastic wrap. Let the pudding cool down completely and refrigerate for 1 hour.
