In a saucepan place Matcha Powder (1 teaspoon), Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (2 tablespoon), Tapioca Flour (1 tablespoon), Agar-Agar Powder (2 1/2 teaspoon), and Coconut Sugar (2 tablespoon). Slowly pour in the Coconut Milk (250 milliliter) stirring constantly until all ingredients are well mixed.
Bring mixture to a gentle boil, stirring constantly. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, pour into a plate and cover with plastic wrap. Let the pudding cool down completely and refrigerate for 1 hour.
