Coconut Milk
2 Tbsp
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1 Tbsp
Tapioca Flour
1 Tbsp
Agar-Agar Powder

Step 1
In a saucepan place Matcha Powder (1 tsp) , Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (2 Tbsp) , Tapioca Flour (1 Tbsp) , Agar-Agar Powder (1 Tbsp) , and Coconut Sugar (2 Tbsp) . Slowly pour in the Coconut Milk (1 cup) stirring constantly until all ingredients are well mixed.
Step 2
Bring mixture to a gentle boil, stirring constantly. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from heat, pour into a plate and cover with plastic wrap. Let the pudding cool down completely and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 4
Serve it up with your preferred topping. Enjoy!
