Cooking Instructions

In a saucepan place Matcha Powder (1 tsp), Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (2 Tbsp), Tapioca Starch (1 Tbsp), Agar-Agar Powder (2 tsp), and Coconut Sugar (2 Tbsp). Slowly pour in the Coconut Milk (1 cup) stirring constantly until all ingredients are well mixed.

Bring mixture to a gentle boil, stirring constantly. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat, pour into a plate and cover with plastic wrap. Let the pudding cool down completely and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Serve it up with your preferred topping. Enjoy!
