This recipe yields 400-500 ml of Jam.

The jam can keep for at least six months in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate jars once opened.

Add Fresh Blackberries (7 cups), 1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice (1), and Caster Sugar (4 1/2 cups) to a large saucepan, mix well. Cover and leave the fruit at room temperature overnight.
