This paleo and vegan Chocolate Mousse is the easiest most decadent dessert, made with NO cream, tofu, avocados, or even refined sugar involved!

Unsweetened Chocolate

Medjool Dates

Non-Dairy Milk

Coconut Oil

Hazelnuts

or Coconut Flakes
Cooking Instructions
1.
Bring the Non-Dairy Milk (1 3/4 cups) to boiling point, then remove from heat and stir in Unsweetened Chocolate (1 cup) until completely melted.
2.
Add Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp) and stir it in until it dissolves.
3.
In a blender, combine chocolate milk and Medjool Dates (1/2 cup) and blend on high speed until smooth.
4.
Pour the cream into serving cups/glasses and refrigerate for 4 hours.
5.
When ready to serve, sprinkle the top with Hazelnuts (1 pinch). Enjoy!
