Step 1
In a large Dutch oven preheated to medium-high heat, add the Lean Ground Beef (1 lb) , and Salt and Pepper (to taste) . Cook the ground beef until browned and no longer pink about 5 minutes. Remove the ground beef with a wooden slotted spoon and place the beef into a bowl. Set aside.
Step 2
In the same Dutch oven there should be enough renderings from the ground beef. If not, add Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) . Over medium-high heat add the Yellow Onions (1 cup) , Jalapeño Pepper (1) and Garlic (2 cloves) . Stir to combine and saute for a few minutes.
