Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line and grease loaf pan with parchment paper.
2.
Mash the Bananas (4) until smooth.
3.
Stir in Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/4 cups).
4.
Sift in Self-Rising Flour (1 3/4 cups) and fold until combined.
5.
Transfer to a loaf pan and bake in the oven for about 1 hour 10 minutes.
6.
Let it cool for a while and unmold. Cool completely before serving.
Author's Notes
This recipe yields one 7.9x4.3-inch loaf.
Please use over-ripened bananas! Those that are already blackened work great for baking. Freeze and thaw, removing excess water if you can as it helps to elevate the flavor of the bananas.
