In a blender, add in
Oreo® Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (3 cups)
Milk (1 cup)
Baking Powder (1 1/4 tsp)
. Blend until smooth.
Transfer into a 6-inch round cake pan that has been greased and lined with parchment paper.
Steam in a preheated steamer for about 45 minutes to an hour until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Make sure that either the lid is covered with a cloth or the pan is covered with cling film to make sure that no water droplets stain the cake.
To make the fudge, melt
Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup)
Milk (1 1/4 cups)
in a double boiler or microwave oven and stir to combine.
Drizzle and spread the fudge on the cake.
Cut and serve warm.
