Author's Notes

You can also bake this cake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 35 minutes, however, I steamed mine to show you guys that you don’t even need an oven to make a cake.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a blender, add in Oreo® Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (3 cups) , Milk (1 cup) , and Baking Powder (1 1/4 tsp) . Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Transfer into a 6-inch round cake pan that has been greased and lined with parchment paper.
Step 3
Steam in a preheated steamer for about 45 minutes to an hour until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Make sure that either the lid is covered with a cloth or the pan is covered with cling film to make sure that no water droplets stain the cake.
Step 4
To make the fudge, melt Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup) and Milk (1 1/4 cups) in a double boiler or microwave oven and stir to combine.
Step 5
Drizzle and spread the fudge on the cake.
Step 6
Cut and serve warm.
