Step 1
Combine
Heavy Cream (2 cups)
,
La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 cup)
, and
Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)
extract in a bowl.
Step 2
Using an electric mixer, whip on high speed until soft peaks.
Step 3
Transfer it into a freezer-safe container while smearing
Strawberry Jam (2/3 cup)
in between.
Step 4
Use a skewer to make swirls before freezing it overnight.
Step 5
The next day, serve your ice cream as it is, or pair it with wafers, or with bread!
