Gelatin Powder (1 tsp)

In a large mixing bowl, beat

Matcha Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
Caster Sugar (1/2 cup)
Once it is nicely combined, drizzle in
Whipping Cream (3/4 cup)
and whip till soft peaks.
Stir in gelatin mixture and whip until it is well mixed. Set aside.

In a shallow pan, add
Water (1 cup)
Matcha Powder (1 Tbsp)
Rum (2 Tbsp)
, and stir to combine.
Soak ladyfinger into the pan well, transfer into your container for the first layer.
Portion out a quarter of the cream into the container.
Layer them by repeating the steps until you finished them.
Dust on top with additional matcha powder before serving. Let it cool in the fridge at least overnight to set. Enjoy!
