Author's Notes

For toasted buns, heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Brush the outside of the rolls with olive oil. Toast the buns until slightly golden, about 1 minute per side. Brush vegan butter on the inside of each bun.

If you have leftover vegan lobster salad mixture, you could add it as a side to another meal, or even better, roll it into a vegan sushi roll or even fry up to make crab cake mix!

In a bowl, mix Olive Oil (3 Tbsp), Old Bay® Seasoning (1 Tbsp), 1 Tbsp of Lemon (1), and Garlic (1 clove).

Add to the bowl of Hearts of Palm (2 cans) and gently fold in the marinade. Marinate for 15-20 minutes or for as long as you can, overnight is best.
