Author's Notes

You can substitute the 2 thin Veggie burger patties with 1 Beyond Meat pattie. Just slice it in half to make two thin patties.

Instead of just 1 large sesame seed hamburger bun, you could use 1 1/2 buns. Just use the bottom of the other burger for the middle part of the big mac.

To prepare the Vegan Big Mac Sauce, mix together Vegan Mayonnaise (1/2 cup), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1/4 tsp), Simply Organic Onion Powder (1/4 tsp), Paprika (1/2 tsp), Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tsp), Granulated Sugar (1 tsp), Yellow Mustard (2 tsp), and Sweet Pickle Relish (1 Tbsp) in a small bowl. Place in the fridge until ready to use.

To prepare the Vegan Big Mac, heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and cook Vegan Burger Patties (2) for 3-4 minutes on each side until heated through (or according to package instructions if different).
