Step 1
Mix Sour Cream (1/2 cup) , Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 cups) and Sea Salt (1 pinch) in a medium sauce pot. Put on stove top on low and stir constantly until it gets thick and creamy about 6 minutes or until it reaches 240 degrees F (115 degrees C). Add Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) and Pecans (4 1/2 cups) and remove from heat, stir nuts until they are all coated well.
Step 2
Spread over waxed or parchment paper. I have found they need to sit over night to dry.
Step 3
Package up and take as little gifts to friends or serve and enjoy!
