Yields 20 energy bites.

They keep well sealed in the refrigerator for a few days.

Combine Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 1/2 cups), Peanut Butter (1 cup), Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup), Honey (2 Tbsp), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 tsp), and Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/2 tsp) in a large bowl.

Stir it all together thoroughly so that the oats are well coated with honey and peanut butter to bind it all together.

Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to make it easier to work with.
