In a large glass bowl, add half of the Whipping Cream (2 cup) and Dark Chocolate (200 gram). Give the mixture a gentle stir.
Put the mixture into the microwave on high for about 1 minute, giving it a stir every 20 seconds. Set aside.
In a separate mixing bowl, add the remaining cup of whipping cream, and using a hand mixer, beat up the cream until it has soft and nice texture.
Add the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture, and combine them smoothly by using a spoon.
Pour the mixture into serving glasses, and chill them inside the fridge for about 2 hours.
