Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a small bowl, make a glaze by stirring together Apricot Preserves (3/4 cup) , Whole Grain Mustard (1/4 cup) , and Dark Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp) .
Step 2
Spray a roasting pan with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed) .
Step 3
Spread part of glaze on bottom side of Cooked Ham (7 lb) . Place ham into sprayed roasting pan, bottom side down. Spread rest of glaze over top and sides of ham.
Step 4
Place lid on roasting pan and let glazed ham sit in refrigerator overnight to marinate.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 6
The next day, bake ham (covered) in the oven for about 1 1/2 hours, until ham is heated through.
Step 7
Transfer ham to a cutting board. Tent with aluminum foil for about 10 minutes.
Step 8
Slice ham and place on a nice platter. Pour glaze from roasting pan into a small pitcher to accompany ham. Serve and enjoy!
