Cooking InstructionsHide images
step 1
In a small bowl, make a glaze by stirring together Apricot Preserves (3/4 cup), Whole Grain Mustard (1/4 cup), and Dark Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp).
step 2
Spray a roasting pan with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed).
step 3
Spread part of glaze on bottom side of Cooked Ham (7 lb). Place ham into sprayed roasting pan, bottom side down. Spread rest of glaze over top and sides of ham.
step 4
Place lid on roasting pan and let glazed ham sit in refrigerator overnight to marinate.
step 5
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
step 6
The next day, bake ham (covered) in the oven for about 1 1/2 hours, until ham is heated through.
step 7
Transfer ham to a cutting board. Tent with aluminum foil for about 10 minutes.
step 8
Slice ham and place on a nice platter. Pour glaze from roasting pan into a small pitcher to accompany ham. Serve and enjoy!
