Step 1
Put the Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (12) into a zip bag, and smash them so that they are broken into chunks. Set aside
Step 2
Into a dish, add the White Chocolate (500 gram), and Sweetened Condensed Milk (400 gram).Carefully mix that together. Pop this into the microwave for about 2 minutes, stopping every 15 seconds to give it a gentle stir.
Step 3
Add in your crushed up cookie bits and mix everything well. Transfer the mixture into an oiled baking tin lined with baking paper, and chill in the fridge for about 2 hours.
Step 4
Slice up the fudge, and serve!
