Author's Notes

You can use any nut you like. My favourites are walnuts or almonds, but cashews and pecans are also delish! It is better to under cook these cookies than over cook them. PAY ATTENTION

Cooking Instructions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C). Grease a cookie sheet and lightly dust with flour.
Step 2
In a stand mixer, or medium bowl with a hand mixer or spoon, cream together Vegan Butter (1/2 cup), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/2 cup), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon) and Salt (1 pinch).
