You can use any nut you like. My favorites are walnuts or almonds, but cashews and pecans are also delish!

It is better to undercook these cookies than overcook them. PAY ATTENTION

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C). Grease a cookie sheet and lightly dust with flour.

In a stand mixer, or medium bowl with a hand mixer or spoon, cream together Vegan Butter (1/2 cup), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/2 cup), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) and Salt (1 pinch).
