Cooking Instructions

Step 1
To make a ginger simple syrup, combine Granulated Sugar (1 cup) and Water (1 cup) in a small boiler over medium high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Add Fresh Ginger (1/4 cup) and return to boil.
Step 2
Remove from heat and steep for 30 minutes. Strain the syrup and store in an airtight container until ready to use.
Step 3
Fill a quart mason jar with Ice (1 quart).
Step 4
Add Four Roses Bourbon (2 fluid ounce), Lemon Juice (2 fluid ounce), ginger syrup, Water (4 fluid ounce), and Apple Cider Vinegar (1 teaspoon).
Step 5
Place lid on jar and shake. Garnish jar with Lemon (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
