Step 1
Using your hand, mix together the
Ground Beef (8 oz)
,
Barbecue Sauce (3 Tbsp)
,
Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 2
After everything is combined well, divide the meat mixture into 8 equal parts and shape each piece into a burger shape. Then add the
Pepper Jack Cheese (to taste)
in the middle of each peace, and cover it well with the meat.
Step 3
Put the pieces in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Step 4
After 30 minutes, cook each burger on a heated pan for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Meanwhile in another pan, you can brush your
Buns (8)
with
Butter (3 Tbsp)
and toast them for a few minutes.
Step 6
Brush the buns with
Mayonnaise (1/4 cup)
and
Ketchup (3 Tbsp)
mixture. Then, place the burger,
Lettuce (to taste)
and
Tomatoes (to taste)
on top, and top everything with another bun. Serve and Enjoy!
