Using your hand, mix together the Ground Beef (0.5 pound), Barbecue Sauce (3 tablespoon), Garlic Powder (2 teaspoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste).
After everything is combined well, divide the meat mixture into 8 equal parts and shape each piece into a burger shape. Then add the Pepper Jack Cheese (to taste) in the middle of each peace, and cover it well with the meat.
Put the pieces in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, cook each burger on a heated pan for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile in another pan, you can brush your Buns (8) with Butter (3 tablespoon) and toast them for a few minutes.
Brush the buns with Mayonnaise (1/4 cup) and Ketchup (3 tablespoon) mixture. Then, place the burger, Lettuce (to taste) and Tomato (to taste) on top, and top everything with another bun. Serve and Enjoy!
