Cooking Instructions
1.
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment or in a bowl using a hand electric mixer, whisk Heavy Cream (2 cups) on medium speed until soft peaks form.

Add Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/3 cups), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Peppermint Extract (1 tsp), Green Food Coloring (to taste) and whisk on high speed until incorporated and stiff peaks form.
3.
Fold in Dark Chocolate (1/2 cup), place into an airtight container and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours, but overnight works best.

This home made ice cream does not require an ice cream machine to make. Give it a go!
