Prepare Big Green Egg or other BBQ grill/smoker for indirect cooking at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C). Add pecan wood chunks to hot coals for smoke flavor.

Place each leg quarter on the grill and cook until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F (77 degrees C), about 30 minutes.
Place Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (2), Honey (1/4 cup), and Barbecue Sauce (2 cup) in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Brush glaze over leg quarters and cook for another 10 minutes.
Remove leg quarters from grill once internal temperature reaches 175 degrees F (80 degrees C) and serve.
