The perfect margarita is all about fresh, crisp flavors barely tempered by triple sec and sugar. Classic never gets old.

Granulated Sugar (3 Tbsp)
Water (3 Tbsp)
to a small saucepan and cook until sugar is dissolved. This usually takes about a minute on medium high heat. Take off heat and allow to cool.
Use lime and rim the glass. This gives the sugarssss or salt something to adhere to.
Dip your glass into either
Salt (to taste)
Granulated Sugar (to taste)
Tequila (2 fl oz)
Lime Juice (3 fl oz)
into a cocktail shaker or into a measuring cup. Add the simple syrup (water and sugar mixture).
Stir and pour over ice. Your margarita is ready to serve!
